Cancellation request can only be allowed within the reservation office operating hours,
between 9 am ~ 6 pm
Peak Season (Winter : December 1 ~ Last February, Summer : July 15 ~ August 20)
- 4 days before your check-in date : No penalty
- 3 days before your check-in date : 30% of the one night room rate will be charged
- 2~1 days before your check-in date : 60% of the one night room rate will be charged
- On arrival day or No-show is NON REFUNDABLE
Low season (excluding winter/summer, August 21 ~ November 30, March 1 ~ July 14)
